I've done general medicine, ER & case management but then left nursing for 10yrs raising my kids. I returned to work in a family practice clinic and school nursing the last 4 years but am looking to find work that pays more than $15 an hour. Any suggestions

I'd suggest nursing homes if you like that kind of care. You could do it on a PRN basis so you don't get burned out on it and not have benefits taken out of your salary. Hospice is also a great place to go with a VERY good salary. For hospital-based hospice, you usually have to have some hospice experience, but for outside hospice companies, sometimes you can get in the door easily.
