Best city for travel nursing

I was wondering, if you all could travel anywhere in the country/world to be a nurse, where would you go and why? I think mine would be Chicago, if I could change the weather. I love that it's such a walkable city and has first-class public transportation. It's just needs better fabric stores!

Mine, hands down, would be San Francisco. A city of art, health conscious people and walking! I'd give anything to live near the Pacific Ocean!

With the Fall coming, I'm ready to change my answer to "anywhere but here..." I know Ohio's winters aren't far behind!

Chicago, and SF, worked at both and they are not safe places to be, some suburbs are nice but down town, knife and gun club.

I've heard mixed reviews of SF. Apparently, good parts and bad parts are not separated by much distance. I have only visited once and enjoyed my stay but have never lived there. As far as Chicago goes, I couldn't stand the weather!

I think SF is good. The weather is fine and it's near the coast! And I do appreciate the many cultures there, good Chinese food!
