looking for cna agencies in ny

hi everyone, i'm trying real hard to get a cna job in a nursing home, but so far every place i look up asking for 6 to 1 year experience. i'm a new cna, and if someone don't give me a chance, i will never get that experience they asking for. I would like your help in suggested some agencies that won't ask me for experience. i will be grateful for your help, thank you.
