Graduate LPN needing a job in Pooler/Savannah, Ga

Hello, is there anyone out there that may know of any of the local Savannah or Pooler facilities or any of the surrounding areas hiring in new LPN's? I just passed my licensing boards and I'm trying to find work, but it's becoming increasingly hard because everyone is looking for 2yr experience and I just graduated.
