I have recently been put on an unpaid suspension D/T eating supper with coworkers after we asked not to. Nothing in empolyee policy handbook about this. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can fight this petty suspension?
Not sure what state you're in but I'd suggest calling the labor board and explaining the situation. They'll be able to advise you as to your best course of action.
